Посоветуйте,пожалуйста!Мне 14 лет и сколиоз второй(ближе к третьей) степени. .ортопеды говорят по-разному..некоторые,что сколиоз врожденный( я родилась с обвитием пуповины вокруг шеи),некоторые,что от неправильного (кривого)положения спины,а одно старушка,которая чувствует руками болезни(целительница в маленьком городке) сказала,что сколиоз от воспаления легких(левостороннее),болела в 7 лет.Сейчас я выполняю некоторые рекомендации.Вот моя фитнес -программа(выполняю дома сама или по видео-кассетам): понед-йога,вторник-силовой тренинг,среда-калланетика,четверг-упражнения для спины,пятница-аэробика,суббота-упражнения для спины,воскресенье-шейпинг.Я не всега делаю прям каждый день,если мышцы болят,пропускаю.Еще я ношу корсет после школу только,ну снимаю когда фитнесом занимаюсь или сплю . Вишу на турнике,родители дома установили.Впринципе вся моя программа.Я учусь в 9 классе,экзамены,из-за этого многое не успеваю..НО на 2 месяца поеду на море,буду там плавать! И еще со след.учебного года,запишусь в фитнес-клуб.Хотела бы спросить,что вы вообще мне посоветуете или может я делаю что-то неправильно?Я слышала,что полезно иглоукалывание.Просто у меня где реберный горб,как-будто маленький комок с кожей..Может иглоукалывание рассосет его?И что насчет тренажеров,полезно или нет?И еще ,хотела спросить,сколько следует заниматься в неделю спортом?

Полезность и ценность советов бывает разной.
И ценность совета зависит от того , что советующий знает по проблеме. В том числе и из источников по сколиозу. А научных дебатов что-то я тут и не заметил.

Всем привет. Меня зовут Катя . Мне 12 лет. В конце июля будет 13. У меня полная вторая степень сколиоза. Есть реберно-мыш. выбухание справа в грудном отделе. Искривление в грудном отделе 20, в грудопоясничном 15. Родители отправили меня в больницу им. Зацепина - тот же Турист. Там я прожила полтора месяца. Я делала 2 раза в день гимнастику, мне делали массаж каждый день и электростимуляцию.
Врач сказал, что у меня улучшилась осанка, окрепли м-цы спины и живота. Я не знаю, может действительно у меня окрепли м-цы, но всё же я думаю, что это они пишут каждому . Если кто-то хочет туда поехать, то я действительно думаю, что это правильное решение . В Туристе я нашла много друзей, и медсёстры там тоже добрые. Ренген мне не делали, поэтому про улучшения или ухудшения сказать не могу. И кстати, мне там сделали корсет и кроватку. Корсет гипсовый. Я не знаю почему, но почти всем кому нужен корсет сделали железный . Но это не беда. К кроватке я вроде привыкла. Вначале я вылазила из неё, но потом привыкла. А вот про корсет немножко переживаю . И я хочу у вас спросить, можно ли его носить только после школы? То есть полдня? Или он не будет помогать?
Я буду ОЧЕНЬ рада если кто-нибудь напишет ответ.

Я обязательно передам Ваш совет своим родителям! Но они уже знают про корсет Шено и собираются отправить меня в конце июня в Германию, там мне сделают корсет. А Вы или знакомые, или Ваши дети носили уже какой-нибудь корсет? Если ДА, то помог ли он, и быстро ли?

Катя, моя дочка носит корсет Шено с 28 марта. Первый снимок в корсете мы сделаем в конце июня (через три месяца). Надеюсь увидить положительные результаты. Сколько придется носить я не знаю, надеюсь, что не больше года.

А где вы его делали? Говорят ещё в Евпатории делают хороший корсет- тоже ТИПА Шено.Ну а вы потом расскажете( в конце июня) о результах?

НУ а какой-нибудь другой корсет носила или будешь носить? Да, у многих нет такой возможности, поехать в Германию. Но вот я и говорю Вере, что можно поехать в Евпаторию. И всё-таки я советую набрать в Google. com в поисковой системе СНЕNEAU-KORSETT, там показаны фотографии корсета Шено. Если честно они меня очень удивили. Там происходят улучшения СРАЗУ ЖЕ В КОРСЕТЕ!!!!!!

М-м-м-м... понятно... И как помогает? Есть улучшения? А у меня корсет сделан из гипса. Я его ношу всего 1 месяц, прэтому про улучшения или ухудшения сказать не могу. А ты его сколько уже носишь?

А какие впечатления о корсете Шено? Не давит ли он до боли? Спит ли она в нём? И вобще, сколько у неё градусов? Т. к. у меня папа прочитал, что у кого меньше 20 град. тому не нужен корсет!
А что Вы думаете по этому поводу?

Я бы тоже дочке одела корсет, даже при первой, надеясь на гиперкоррекцию, при которой корсет носят в районе года. Но это все тараканы в головах тех, кто знаком с проблемами сколиозников.

мы не можем найти нормального врача,который бы и сделал корсет и вел наблюдения за сколиозом! а у тебя какой врач?а пока я делаю то,что могу сама! недавно ездили в одну частную клинику ,вообще кошмар..сделали мне легкое поглаживание по спине минут 30 ,а потом буквально 1 минутку мануальную терапию! и всё!

У меня вроде врач в Ортопедическом центре им. Зацепина ном. 19 на Приображенской. Я не помню как его точно зовут. Вот он меня и направил в Турист. Он прямо настаивал, чтобы я туда поехала. Я кстати не жалею. Прочитай моё первое сообщение и ты поймешь! ТЫ ДЕЛАЛА МАНУАЛЬНУЮ ТЕРАПИЮ????
У меня врач сказал: "Ни в коем случае не делайте м.т. А то я вас лечить не буду!" И папа мой сколько раз читал в интернете, что этого делать нельзя! Говорят там все органы сдавливаются!!

Катя, я уже писала о своих впечатлениях о корсете и о степени сколиоза. Дочка спит в корсете. И вообще в среднем в корсете она 22,5-23 часа в сутки. Сейчас уже давно не давит корсет да и боли нет. Тяжело было в первую неделю привыкания к корсету. А сейчас она только жалуется когда делаем зарядку в корсете. Вся изноется, все нервы выматает. Почему вы такие детки?
